Information under the terms of Article 13 Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003.

Expo Mittelschool wish to inform you that Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003 ("Code relating to the protection of personal data") provides for the protection of persons participating to the activities and training services offered in its website.   
Under the terms of Article 13 of Legislative Decree No.196/2003, therefore, we would like to give you the following information:

1. the access and consultation of the website implies the automatic registration of the following data:   
o Internet domain and IP protocol; 
o browser and processing system of your pc; 
o date, time and length of your visit to the website;
o n° of pages visited; 
o search engine you have used to enter the website.
The above mentioned data can't identify the user.

The information collected automatically can be used by Expo Mittelschool:
o in case of suspect use of lawbreaking;
o for statistical aims and only for internal use;
o to improve the site contents and surfing.

2. The personal data and /or business data written by the user in the di Expo Mittelschool website forms, authorizing their processing under the D. Lgs. n. 196/2003, are protected by Expo Mittelschool, required and used:
o for organisation aims; 
o to register the participation to the proposed training programmes;
o to answer users' questions and provide them with the necessary information; 
o to contact the user about the provided services .
The above mentioned data can be processed by informatics tools, able to guarantee security and privacy and to produce and manage database, list, and press in the respect of the above mentioned law.

3. It is compulsory to provide the requested data and to give the express consent to the data processing in order to access to the training offers and services delivered by the Expo Mittelschool.

4. If the data subject does not consent to his / her personal data processing and if he / she withdraws such consent lately, the service provided is immediately suspended and the data subject is deleted from the website.

5. During the service delivering, the personal data provided may:
o be communicated to public and private bodies in compliance with the requirements of the  D. Lgs. n. 196/2003;
o be transferred abroad if the data subject has given his/her consent according to artt. 42 and 43 of the D. Lgs. n. 196/2003.

6. 6. As regards the above mentioned data processing, the subject can assert the rights described in the art 7 of the  D. Lgs. n. 196/2003, reported here below: 
"1. A data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him exist, regardless of their being already recorded, and communication of such data in intelligible form.
2. A data subject shall have the right to be informed:
of the source of the personal data;
b) of the purposes and methods of the processing;
c) of the logic applied to the processing, if the latter is carried out with the help of electronic means;
d) of the identification data concerning data controller, data processors and the representative designated as per Section 5(2);
e) of the entities or categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as designated representative(s) in the State's territory, data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing.
3. A data subject shall have the right to obtain 
a) updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data;
b) erasure, anonymization or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement  roves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.
4.. A data subject shall have the right to object, in whole or in part,: 
a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending dvertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys."

7. The data controller is the Expo Mittelschool, whose registered office is in Trieste (TS), Via S. Nicolò, 5; all the communication regarding art. 7 of the D. Lgs. n. 196/2003 should be forwarded to ExpoMittel with a registered letter.
8. For any dispute regarding the website access and use, the material download and any other problem occurring between the user and the data controller and other subjects that collaborate, have collaborated, will collaborate to the website implementation and management, the user accepts the Italian state jurisdiction and in any case, the application of the Italian law independently from his residence and office. The place of jurisdiction is Trieste.
