Everything we do at the Expomittelschool is dictated by quality and is the result of intensive research. The traditional dishes of the local cuisine, prepared with the same ingredients as used in the past, rediscovered after long and patient researches, are combined in a new and original harmony and presented in a revolutionary way.


It does not look like a school, but it trains future restaurant owners and producers. To improve the quality of the wine and gastronomic offers of the region, it organises courses for the sector’s workers, young professionals and interested people at different levels and on several themes, to match the needs of a curious and heterogeneous audience.


COURSES ON BASE NOTIONS
Expomittelschool's chefs deliver courses for all interested people, newlyweds, singles, etc.;
COURSES OF HAUTE CUISINE
The chefs of the school and the chefs of restaurants awarded with at least one Michelin star deliver courses for beginners and experts;
COURSES FOR BANQUETS PREPARATION AND ENO GASTRONOMIC COMBINATIONS
Architects and Sommelier deliver courses for beginners and experts.

The staff of Architects and Sommelier of the Expomittelschool deliver courses for beginners and experts.
The school also organises evening programmes: opportunities to meet, enjoy and discover the local gastronomic culture. On the first Tuesday of each month we organise an aperitif with the town tradespeople, who can also invite a guest.

The Mittelschool is also opened to other events, provided that they are consistent with it's mainly wine gastronomic aims. In order to better understand the topics dealt with during the events at the Mittelschool, it is possibile to watch our videos.
